1.5.3.1. activity Recruitment of specialists to Planning Regions, Cities and Regions
The aim of the activity is to increase the administrative capacity of planning regions, cities and municipalities, by facilitating the recruitment of specialists in line with the needs of efficient public administration at the level of planning regions and local authorities (cities and municipalities).
The beneficiaries of this activity are planning regions, municipalities and municipalities. SRDA will provide a full cycle of activity administration: adoption, evaluation, decision-making, closure of the agreement, verification of progress reports and payment requests, making of payments, preparing declarations of expenditure, monitoring and monitoring project implementation, organising information and publicity measures.
1.5.3.2. activity Strengthening planning capacity for planning regions and local authorities
The aim of the activity is to increase the capacity of planning regions and municipal authorities, including strategic planning, as well as to develop and develop networks of local government groups and organisations and planning regions in order to ensure a high quality planning process for the development of planning regions and local authorities.
The recipients of funding within the scope of this activity are planning regions, urban municipalities, municipalities, the association, the foundation. SRDA will provide a full cycle of activity administration, t. I. , adoption, evaluation, decision-making, conclusion of an agreement or contract, verification of progress reports and payment requests, performance of payments, preparation of declarations of expenditure, monitoring and control of project implementation, organisation of information and publicity measures.
