3.1.4.3. activity Development of infrastructure for pre-primary education institutions in national and regional development centres
The aim of the activity is to promote equal employment opportunities as well as employment and access to services in national and regional development centres by developing the infrastructure of pre-primary education institutions.
Beneficiaries of funding within the framework of this activity shall be the local government of development centres of national and regional interest or the authority thereof, which is registered in the register of taxpayers.
SRDA shall ensure a full cycle of activity management: adoption, evaluation, decision-making, closure of an agreement, verification of progress reports and payment requests, making payments, preparing declarations of expenditure, monitoring and monitoring project implementation, organising information and publicity measures.
3.1.4.4 activity Support for the development of access to alternative care services
The aim of the activity is to promote equal employment opportunities by providing social care, social skills development, education and leisure opportunities for children, people with disabilities and retirement age, by developing access to alternative care services, outside national and regional development centres.
The beneficiary of funding shall be local governments, local government authorities, associations and foundations. SRDA shall ensure a full cycle of activity management: adoption, evaluation, decision-making, conclusion of an agreement or contract, verification of progress reports and payment requests, making payments, preparing declarations of expenditure, monitoring and monitoring project implementation, organising information and publicity measures.
